RedLeaf is working in partnership with the City of Cedar Park to design and plan what will become a vibrant, urban, mixed-use destination located in the heart of Cedar Park, Texas.
Cedar Park residents have long expressed the desire to have a special place where they can live, work, shop, dine and be entertained – a place that is uniquely Cedar Park. The City has made a significant investment to help implement the community's vision to revitalize the Heart of Cedar Park, Bell Boulevard.
Timeline
2014 - The City of Cedar Park conducts an in-depth study and the Bell Boulevard Redevelopment Master Plan is adopted.
2014-2019 - The City of Cedar Park engages in a thorough community outreach process.
2015 - Voters approve a transportation bond, with funding for the realignment of Bell Boulevard.
2020 - The City of Cedar Park and RedLeaf enter into a Master Developer Agreement.
2020 - RedLeaf begins design on The Bell District in collaboration with project partners.
2021 - In coordination with the roadway realignment project, site work begins.
Next - Groundbreaking: Vertical construction begins on public amenities.
2024 - Anticipating opening of Phase One.
