Nov 19, 2021 - A San Antonio development company, Athena Domain, led by Rajeev Puri, plans to build a nearly 300-unit residential project in Southtown, San Antonio's Center City Development and Operations Department has confirmed.
The project, called South Flores Lofts, is slated for a site at 205 E. Cevallos St. near South Flores Street, according to a document filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The proposed development is planned to have 292 residential units and an attached parking structure. It will span more than 430,000 square feet, according to the filing. (Biz Journals)
